Darren is a founding partner of KMS Financial Solutions. He specialises in providing advice to owner managed businesses that do not have access to an internal Financial Controller and providing support to their management.

Darren works closely with a broad client base extending from family business groups to owner/operators. He assists his clients through the process of timely management reporting, business and commercial advice, taxation and superannuation services, profit improvement and cash flow management, sale and business divestment, financial analysis, due diligence investigations, viability investigations, development of business plans, and business valuations.

Darren is a registered tax agent and company auditor.

Industry Experience

Throughout his career he has gained significant experience providing services to clients within the motorcycle, real estate, property, building and construction, engineering, manufacturing, retail, import, distribution, wholesale. farming, and service industries. He has also worked closely with both franchisors and their franchisees.
